It has a small gym, the room is nice.

Convenient and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were helpful, and it had prime location on dining places. We had attractive and spotless room complete with mini-fridge, microwave, at least queen size beds. We appreciated the good food. Location: the venue was near restaurants, an upscale mall.

Stayed at the hotel to attend a funeral. Staff were supportive and helpful in setting up a repast after the service (recommended caterers and provided paper products, ice, etc.)

Nicely designed room, comfortable, and with good amenities.

Since the design of the room was so well thought out, it was disappointing to see the unattractive carpeting in the elevator and hallways. This choice doesn't relate to the rooms, and in fact kind of insults the tasteful room decor.

Excellent motel, good price,close to Albany airport

Having stayed at several Comfort Inns we have been quite satisfied with the value, good, clean, updated rooms for mostly reasonable prices. Offering senior rates adds greatly to the value as we travel often and appreciate Comfort Inns' appreciation of seniors business. Also, the breakfasts offer something for every type of breakfast eater.

At this particular Comfort Inn the room was quite small, though tastefully decorated and updated. It was fine for the one-night stay this particular trip.

Staff helpful and complete breakfast

Nice hotel with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The helpful staff even guided me to great food for delivery on my first stay, which I still remember. I recommend it! Coming back for Easter.

Clean room with a comfy bed. The continental breakfast was excellent, with options like pastries and miniature omelettes. There was an issue with the key card initially not working, and some areas were tricky to access due to paving in the parking lot. The noise level was low, great for a restful night, but I did encounter some thin walls that let in chatter from neighbors.

I found it to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good and hotel staff was courteous.

The staff were friendly and informative, the hotel very clean , had fridge and micro and coffee pot in room. Near major highways and plenty of nice restaurants. Across the street from large mall with cinema complex, PF Chang, Cheesecake Factory rest. Would come back.

Price competitive, would try it again.

No shower grab bar,spotted,stained bed spreads,some furniture well worn, cleaning crews not well trained and supervised. No hampton inn !!!

Had remodeled room -very nice...very clean....

This place was a good match for a quick break in Albany, offering decent value for the money. The cookies at night were delicious and a nice touch after a long day. Make sure to enjoy the breakfast offerings before heading out.

I never like it when the sink is not inside the bathroom.
